This Sunday we will discuss
the disease of the week "WEST NILE VIRUS." Time to tip over your swimming
pools as they could be a breeding site for these disease
spreading mosquitoes.
Symptoms: none in 110 to one
case of encephalitis; mild fever in 30 cases to one case of encephalitis.
The mosquitoes carry the disease from birds and other humans to YOU.
No vaccine for humans yet so best to avoid endemic areas.
