This Sunday we will continue
the discussion of sleep and its attributes and contrabutes (new
word?)-morbidity increases with both not enough and too much
sleep. It is suggested that if your last name begins from A to M go to bed
late and get up early and if from N to Z, go to bed early and get up late
(be awake by 11 am Eastern). We will then test your
cognition. One of our members claims he stayed awake
for 5 days straight--a record? (He probably stopped counting
by night "3"?).
On the agenda for
the following weeks are West Nile Virus and the following week
"Probiotics." Tune in, should be fun.
