THIS SUNDAY WE WILL DISCUSS A TANTALIZING SUBJECT, “Blood tests for early cancer detection.” We all know we can pick up leukemia with a cbc and the old CEA presumptive test for colon ca. But what about the NEW tests that can pick up cancer fragments from the blood called “tumor marker cells” fragments of broken cancer cells circulating in the blood stream.
