This Sunday we will discuss the new diabetic drugs and their mechanisms beyond insulin resistance and pancreatic B-cell dysfunction (pancreatic poop out). We will need your clinical experience using these drugs so don't be bashful Sunday.
Bruce is having some luck with Skype, I believe four of us are using it. To download free I think all you have to do is search for "skype.com." Try it. This will help those not able to receive us on Grand Rounds radio to pick us up on your Sunday computer.
