This Sunday we will continue to celebrate (?) the 50th anniversary of the PILL.

There was an unusual amount of discussion concerning the word "Enabler." As to what it means--tune in Sunday. As an ad-on we will throw in "The PILL with co-morbid conditions."

The story of the woman who couldn't tolerate the PILL so she gave them to her husband instead. When told "this doesn't work," she replied, "I haven't gotten pregnant in three years and he has no side effects." Maybe this woman had something after all! This Sunday we will discuss the new diabetic drugs and their mechanisms beyond insulin resistance and pancreatic B-cell dysfunction (pancreatic poop out). We will need your clinical experience using these drugs so don't be bashful Sunday.
