Behavioral Weight Loss

You had a net on weight some weeks ago. I had meant to relate this.

A simple, behavioral technique for weight control is to have the
patient write down everything and anything they eat...even a glass ofwater and a single potato chip.

They can carry a 3X5 card, or pocket size spiral notebook.

Writing all food intake down does a couple of things: one is that youcan track the calories in your diet, and have the information to make positive changes; the other is that by writing down and paying more attention, many will change their bad eating habits.
